When we were in the throes of a Gordon Ramsey YouTube bender a while back we happened across this video:

We don’t eat Beef very often. Mostly we just can’t afford it since really good Beef is significantly more expensive than really good Chicken (and we deserve the best, goldurnit!). Thus, more often than not – and in spite of multi-million dollar ad campaigns to the contrary – its actually Chicken that’s “what’s for dinner” in our house (sorry, Beef). Read more »

Herb Crusted Roasted Beef Tenderloin

Okay, so this is kind of our flagship dish. Über delicious Beef Tenderloin slathered in garlicky herby goodness and roasted to perfection. I mean, c’mon, it’s an entire Filet Mignon roast for crying out loud! This is the one that use to impress all our friends. We call our family and brag whenever we eat it (which is every month-or-so). We love, love, L-O-V-E love it! And the best part is that it’s really, really, easy. Read more »
