Balsamic vinegar is one of those classic ‘it’ ingredients that can make or break a dish, and folks get passionate about all the many (many, many…) details of it’s production, origin, age, etc. So, what the heck makes a great balsamic vinegar anyway? And is it possible to find a good one that doesn’t cost a gazillion dollars and isn’t a million years old…and aged in the gilded skull of a dragon…and gently fanned by palm-leaf-bearing virgins, etc? Dove Dark Chocolates
We know, everybody and their mother has an opinion about what qualifies as ‘the best chocolate in the world’. We’d like to suggest that flavor, texture, availability, and (dare we suggest?) PRICE should all be factors in making such an important decision…which is why we scarf down so many Dove Dark Chocolates. There may be ‘better’ chocolate out there, but for our money nothing even comes close to Dove Dark Chocolates for it’s all-of-the-above goodness. Read more »
